Update
As we have been made aware of some important tradeshows and events happening over the weekend, we have decided to extraordinarily postpone the update to Tuesday, November 28th.

In the meantime, the impact on user sessions should also decrease to an even lower threshold of 0.5% of all active sessions.

Our previous recommendation, in case you have urgent offline use cases for Showpad, to check if you are still logged in after the update remains valid.

On Saturday, November 25th, we will perform an important security update for our user database.

Due to this update, we have assessed that approximately 1% of Showpad users will have their sessions expired. On browsers, your users will have to authenticate again. On mobile devices, they will be required to log in the next time they use our Showpad applications with an active internet connection.

Although this impact is very limited, we acknowledge this could be particularly important if your users need to use Showpad on a mobile device and/or in offline mode next week.

If you have users working in this scenario, we advise that they perform a verification after the weekend, to make sure they are still logged in and have the content available for offline usage.
